| 摘 要： | 高脚马和高跷虽然同样是我国劳动人民在长期生产、生活中积累起来的,具有悠久的历史和丰富文化蕴涵,集养生、健身、娱乐为一体的脚踩木棍的民间体育娱乐活动,但它们在起源、形式、发展、器材等方面却存在着不同。文章运用文献资料、实地考察等研究方法对高脚马和高跷的起源、发展、形式、器材等进行比较研究,旨在使人们更好地认识这两项富有情趣的民间体育娱乐活动的文化内涵,加快优秀民族文化的传播。
