| 摘 要： | 在进入文明社会两千余年的两汉时期,血亲复仇这一氏族社会的残余风气依然相当盛行,频现于社会各个层面,时人睚眦之忿必报,甚至出现对官府进行报复的行为。这主要是氏族社会血亲复仇观念在当时社会中的发酵和国家法制薄弱相互作用的结果。人们在无处伸冤的情况下,只能通过亲手杀害仇人或依靠任侠刺客的帮助以实现复仇目的。

| Abstract: | In two Han Dynasties,more than two thousand years after the society came into civilization,vengeance,the leaveover of the clan society,was still prevalent and deep in all spheres of society.People then always sought revenge for the smallest grievance and even went against the government.It was a result of interaction between the continuance of the vengeance from the clan society and the current weak legal system of the country.In the context that people had no places to redress,they had to kill their enemies by themselves or by hiring assassins to realize their purpose for revenge. |
