| 摘 要： | 本文简要论述了开展学科组织管理结构研究的目的和意义,对我国从建国初期到80年代一些重要科研机构学科组织管理结构的历史演变过程进行了初步研究。本项工作的主要目的就是从科学研究的学科组织管理结构入手,对科学资源在各学科领域分布的合理性评价及基础学科资助政策问题展开研究。

Them it makes a perspective review on the history and status of the discipline structure of Chinese scientific research organization and management from the founding of P. R. China to 1980's. The main aim of this article is to evaluate the rationality of scientific resources allocation in science disciplines. |
