| 摘 要： | 甘肃省属于我国西北落后地区省份,经济发展总体水平居全国后位,这种状况严重制约着本省教育经费的增长,主要表现为财政性教育经费支出总量小,个体家庭支付子女教育费用困难,社会力量投资教育的总体实力不强.要改变这种状况,必须加强本省经济建设,拓宽筹措教育经费的渠道,高效使用现有的教育经费,只有这样,才能有效缓解教育经费不足的困难,并增加教育经费的投入.现阶段甘肃省尤其要利用好国家"十二五"期间政策的帮扶机会,使本省经济在"十二五"期间获得较快发展,以增强教育经费投入的经济实力.

| Abstract: | Gansu province is the behindhand region in the northwest of China.Its economic development level is behind of the whole nation,which has seriously restricted the growth of the education expenditure.There are mainly about three disadvantageous factors as follows:firstly,the financial education expenditure is small.Secondly,it is difficulty for the individual households to burden the educational costs for their children.Thirdly,The social overall strength of investing education is not strong.In order to change above situations,we will adopt the following measures:the economic construction should be strengthened,the financing channels to get more education expenditures should be expanded,the existing educational funds should be used effectively.At the present stage,we should take advantage of the state policy opportunities during the 12th five-year-plan and make economy gain a rapid development.In these ways,the economic strength of investing educational expenditure will be improved in Gansu Province. |
