| 摘 要： | Krashen和Arnold等语言学家认为,情感因素在二语习得中起着重要的作用。Horwitz, Horwitz和Cope的研究结果显示,学习者的焦虑程度对口语和听力尤为明显。笔者通过性格焦虑程度和状态焦虑程度两份问卷调查获取了内蒙古工业大学52名非英语专业参测学生的两组焦虑程度的数据,并用此数据与2002年12月该组学生在大学英语四级考试中的听力成绩进行了相关分析,然后对数据资料进行了分析和比较,结果显示学生的性格焦虑程度及状态焦虑程度对他们听力成绩有影响,听力成绩适中的学生受其状态焦虑影响程度达到显著程度。教师们可采用Arnold研究的“想像”(visualization)的方法,针对学生的不同情况对其焦虑程度加以调控,从而辅助英语教学。
