| 摘 要： | 根据广东省重点实验室运行管理办法,建立人才队伍、学术研究、创新研发、成果转化4个评估体系,采用数据包络分析方法对处于不同创立时期的197家广东省重点实验室进行效率分析,比较分析不同时期广东省重点实验室的投入产出效率差异因素,并面向新发展阶段的广东省重点实验室建设运行提出建议.

| Abstract: | Based on the core characteristic elements of the operation management of Guangdong key laboratory, this paper establishes four evaluation system, namely talent team, academic research, innovative research and development, achievement transformation. This paper evaluates the efficiency of 197 Guangdong key laboratories based on DEA-BCC and DEA-CCR model. This paper compares and analyzes the different factors of input-output efficiency of key laboratories in different periods, and puts forward some suggestions for the construction and operation of key laboratories in the new development stage. |
