| 摘 要： | 第二次世界大战以后，在发达国家滋长和蔓延一种所谓“明病”，国际组织和发达国家对此采取举措。本分析表明，这实质上反映了当今经济、社会发展的一种趋势，重视和研究这一趋势对正确发展高职教育具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | After the Second World War, there has been a so-called Civilized Disease spreading widely in developed countries.These countries and the international organization have taken measures to treat it. Analysis shows that it is in fact a tendency representing the development of the economy and society. Therefore, attaching importance to and doing some research on this phenomenon is of great significance to the development of the higher vocational education. |
