什么是适合学生的教学

摘    要:"适合的教育"的关键是适合的教学,它应当是既适切又适度的教学。适切的教学即适应学生多样性的要求,学生在性别、认知风格和智力等方面存在差异,教学要照顾到学生的多样性和个别差异性。适度的教学即适应学生发展性的要求,学生在发展水平和发展速度等方面均存在差距,教学要关注学生的最近发展区和最佳发展期。适合学生的教学不能走极端,其真正要义是如何在规范与灵活、统一与多样、主体与主导、全纳与特殊等多对矛盾之间找到适合的平衡点。

Abstract:"A Middle and Long-term(2010-2020)Syllabus for China’s Education Reform and Development"points out that(we must)"pay respect to the law of education and to the law of the students’ physical and psychological growth."This article holds that,the key to"Apt Education"is"Apt Teaching,"which should be both apt and moderate."Apt teaching"is to cater to various needs of students,taking into account of their diversity and differences in personality,which result from the differences in their sex,cognitive style,and intelligence."Moderate teaching"is to cater to the developmental needs of students,paying attention to the"Closest Developmental Zone"and the"Best Developmental Phase,"for there are differences in their level and rate of development."Apt teaching"must not go to the extremes,for its fundamental meaning is how to keep a balance between regularity and flexibility,between unity and diversity,between the subject and the dominator,between the general and the specific.
