| 摘 要： | 独立学院办学目标是培养应用型人才,大工程观对于独立学院工程人才的培养具有重要意义。大工程观与独立学院工程人才培养现状之间存在着矛盾,其现有的办学模式、课程体系、教学模式等都不利于大工程素质教育的开展。独立学院必须改革办学模式、优化课程体系、改善教学模式、加强实践环节,在大工程观指引下培养工程人才。

| Abstract: | As the running aim of independent school is to cultivate applied talents,the perspective of PanEngineering is of great significance for the cultivation of engineering talents.However,there are some contradictions between this perspective and the status quo of the engineering talents cultivation in independent colleges.The present school-running pattern,curriculum system,and teaching mode are not suitable for the development of quality-oriented education with the perspective of Pan-Engineering.It is high time for independent colleges to reform its running mode,optimize its curriculum system,improve its teaching mode and enhance its practice link to cultivate engineering talents. |
