| 摘 要： | 在我国竞技体育制度下,高校体育人才的培养模式进行了创新。目前主要有三种培养模式:"体育生模式""体育特长生模式"和"体育定向培养模式"。在这种创新人才培养模式下,对我国高校竞技体育改革产生了深远的意义,在历届大学生运动会上,高校运动员们也因此取得了不俗的成绩。

| Abstract: | In the competitive sports system in China, some innovations have taken place in university talents training mode, which have three main modes： sports students, students with sports specialty, sports-oriented training mode. These innovations have played far-reaching significance. University sportsmen have achieved good results in the last university games. |
