| 摘 要： | 采用专家访谈法、文献资料法、对比分析法等，对NBA与CBA运行机制进行分析比较，总结出NBA职业篮球俱乐部成功运行的经验和运作模式，指出CBA在运行机制方面存在的不足，提出发展CBA联赛应实行政企分开，管办分离，建立归属清晰、权责明确的现代产权制度，成立CBA大联盟等建设性意见，使CBA朝着科学化和规范化的方向发展。
