| 摘 要： | 抗战相持阶段，针对财政上出现的困难，陕甘宁边区政府实行了正确的食盐贸易政策，对食盐实行专卖和统销，严格管制盐价，并严厉打击走私。这些措施的实行使得边区的食盐产销大为增加，边区政府的财政紧张情况得到缓和，打破了国民党顽固派的经济封锁，使边区渡过了经济封锁的难关，有力地支援了全国的抗日战争。

| Abstract: | In the war rally stage,facing the financial difficulties,Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Government introduced correct salt trade policies,Implemented the salt monopoly and unified marketing,controled the price of salt strictly,and cracked down on smuggling.The implementation of these measures made salt production and sales increased,eased the government's financial tensions,and broke the economic blockade,Created ty KMT,and supported the whole country's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression strongly. |
