| 摘 要： | 长期以来,云南作为一个农业大省,农村发展面临的最大制约因素就是农村剩余劳动力的大量存在,并且就业不充分。为了使云南省农民尽快脱贫致富,加快农业发展速度,改变农村现状,必须实现农村剩余劳动力的有效转移。本文运用劳动—耕地比例法,利用云南统计年鉴数据对云南省农村剩余劳动力数量进行估算,然后进一步研究其分布的特征,最后提出了劳动力转移的优化策略。

| Abstract: | For a long time, as an agricultural province of Yunnan, the greatest constraint to development in rural areas there is a lot of surplus labor in rural areas. Therefore, to enable farmers in Yunnan province shake off poverty as soon as possible, speed up agricultural development, changing the rural situation, we must implement effective transfer of rural surplus labor. This article using way of labour-land, and Yunnan province Yearbook of statistics data to estimate the amount of surplus labor in rural areas of Yunnan province, further study of its distribution characteristics. Finally,put forward a proposal optimal for transfer strategy. |
