新建本科院校合格评估存在的问题与应对

摘    要:对全国新建本科院校合格评估报告进行分析发现,新建本科院校本科教学工作合格评估存在的突出问题主要为师资数量与结构不尽合理,教学条件与利用不容乐观,专业与课程建设不如人意,实践教学体系不够完善,教学质量监控不成体系。优化师资队伍结构,提升师资队伍水平;改善办学条件,着力提高教育教学资源品质;调整专业结构,提升专业和课程建设质量;加大实践教学力度,突出人才培养的应用性;推进学校管理体制改革,构建教学质量保障体系,是当前新建本科院校应对的路径选择。

Abstract:The reports of the qualified evaluation on newly-established universities in China show that the main problems are irrational quantity and structure of teachers, less optimistic teaching conditions and their uses, unsatisfied specialty and curriculum construction, imperfect practical teaching system and unsystemetic teaching quality monitoring system. For the newly-established universities, the following are the best countermeaures to sovle these problems: to optimize the structure of the teachers and improve their teaching level, improve school-running conditions and the quality of teaching resouces, adjust specialty structure and improve the quality of specialty and curriculum construction, strengthen practical teaching and lay emphasis on application in cultivating talents, promote teaching management system reform and construct teaching quality assurance system.
