| 摘 要： | 高校教育工会是我国高科技人才聚集的地方,也是为我国培养高科技人才的基地。党的十八大以来就如何实现国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福的中国梦,各个单位、各个部门都在努力争做贡献。高校教育工会作为高等教育机构的代表、科技的发源地,对实现中国梦发挥着重要的作用。分析我国高校教育工会的现状,针对存在的问题,寻找高校教育工会推动实现中国梦的途径,具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The university education union is not only the place that gather the high-tech talents, but also the place that cultivate the hi-tech talents for our country. Since the eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, all departments and units in the country make contribution for the realization of the great China dream. As the representative of higher education and the origin of the sci-tech, the university education union plays a significant role in the realization of the great China dream. Analyzing the current situation and the existing problems of the university education unions and putting forward the optimized countermeasures will be very significant to the realization of China dream. |
