摘    要:分别用微波消解法和湿式消解法处理婴儿配方奶粉样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中的添加元素铁的含量。研究结果表明:不同消解方法对测定结果有影响,与湿式消解火焰原子吸收光谱法相比,微波消解火焰原子吸收光谱法测定婴儿配方奶粉中铁元素含量具有更高的精密度和准确度。

Abstract:To determine the influence of different pretreatment methods on the contents of Fe in the for-mula milk powder,two different methods,including conventional wet digestion and microwave digestion,were used to treat the sample.Atomic absorption spectrometry was used to test the contents of Fe in the milk pow-der.The result shows that microwave digestion is better than wet digestion in precision and accuracy for the sample preparation of detecting the content of Fe determined by FAAS in the food.
