| 摘 要： | 虚拟研发组织作为合作研发的一种崭新形式越来越普遍,而能否正确选择适当的互补性资源主体组成虚拟研发组织、能否有效地调配各主体所拥有的资源,成为影响虚拟研发组织运作效果的两个关键问题。文章对这两个问题进行了分析,提出了虚拟研发组织资源调配的协同模型。
