摘    要:采用实验法,探讨茶多酚配合有氧运动对肥胖少年体重、体脂含量、血脂水平、肺活量等的影响。实验组补充茶多酚、对照组服用安慰剂,两组被试每周进行4次(每次持续1 h)有氧健身操练习。结果显示:12周后,实验组对象体脂含量、血脂水平等指标均显著下降。结论:茶多酚能有效促进肥胖青少年脂肪代谢,增强减肥效果。

Abstract:The method of experiment was used to inquire into the effect of tea-polyphenols in coordination with exercise on obese juvenile body weight,the content of body fat,blood fat lavel,vital capacity etc.It divided the subjects into a control group and a experiment group to make an experiment in reducing fat.Two groups of subjects did aearobic fiftness exercise four times every week,and each lasted one hour.The intake of tea-polyphenols and placedo were given respectively to the experiment group and the control group, so as to observe the changes of their psychological and biochemical indexes before and after experiments.The results reveal that 12 weeks later,compared with the control group,the experiment group's indexes of the content of body fat and blood fat level reduced significantly.It concludes that tea-polyphenols can effectively improve the function of aearobic exercise promoting obese juvenile fat metabolism and better the effect of reducing fat.
