库伯经验学习理论视角下的中小学教师继续教育教学模式

摘    要:库伯经验学习理论强调经验在学习中的作用。中小学教师在教育教学实践工作中积累了大量的教育教学经验,因此,在继续教育中应当重视其教育教学经验的作用。以其学习理论来审视中小学教师继续教育教学模式,有利于在中小学教师继续教育中重视挖掘、提炼、利用中小学教师的教育教学经验,为我们改进教师继续教育,提高继续教育的效果,提供新的思路。

Abstract:Kolb's Experience Learning Theory emphasizes the role of experience in learning.From the practice of teaching,primary and mid-school teachers have acquired a lot of experiences,which should be paid appropriate attention in continuing education.When the teaching model is viewed in perspective of Kolb's Experience Learning Theory,it helps to re-explore and utilize teachers' experience in continuing education for primary and mid-school teachers,and for us it provides new ways to improve continuing education for primary and midschool teachers.
