| 摘 要： | 为了预防最后用力阶段铁饼运动员急性膝关节损伤,提高运动成绩,调查分析了20名优秀女子铁饼运员的膝关节损伤情况,运用三维运动生物力学分析法对她们的旋转技术进行评定,并得出结论:右膝角减小,可能是右膝内侧副韧带和半月板损伤的重要因素;右膝关节的蹬伸,易出现股骨滑车软骨软化。

| Abstract: | In order to prevent the knee joints'acute injuries of discus throwers in the last step of throwing and to improve the movement achievements, we investigated and analyzed the knee joints'injuries of 20 elite female discusthrowers. The three-dimension biomechanical analysis was applied into the evaluation of their spinning techniques. We concluded that the decrease of the angel of the right knee joint is probably an important factor for the injuries ofright knee's medial accessory ligament and meniscus and that the stretch of the right knee easily lead to cartilaginification in thighbone's trochlea cartilage. |
