| 摘 要： | 约翰.斯图亚特.密尔是近代西方功利主义的集大成者,他的功利主义伦理思想是对边沁功利主义的继承和发展。在对边沁思想进行总结与完善的基础上,密尔创立了自己的功利主义伦理思想体系。他以幸福主义理论来修正边沁的快乐主义学说,标志着功利主义由初创走向成熟,同时也为反思现实中的诸多伦理问题提供了崭新的视角。
