| 摘 要： | 人力资本投资与技术创新战略的契合对企业绩效的提高发挥着重要的作用。鉴于此,企业在选择领先型、跟随型、模仿型技术战略时,采用与之相契合的累积型、协助型、效用型人力资本投资系统(这三种人力资本投资系统在投资水平、投资重点和投资原则上存在很大的差异),从而确保高新技术企业人力资本投资能够有效地支撑和服务于所采取的技术战略。

| Abstract: | The fit between human capital investment and technological innovation strategy in high-tech enterprises plays an important role in improving the performance. Enterprises choose cumulative, cooperative and utility human capital investment system to fit the leader, fast follower and imitative strategy respectively. The three systems have the great differences in invest level, invest focus, invest principal, which ensures the human capital investment in high-tech enterprises surports and serves the technological strategy effectively. |
