摘    要:该文在无电荷分布的区域里引入了描述电场的新的物理量电矢势,分析了电矢势的物理意义,并给出了电矢势的微分方程,同时证明了电矢势与电位移矢量、磁矢势是自洽的.

Abstract:In this paper, the electric vector potential is introduced to describe the electric field in the region where electric charge density vanishes, and the physical meaning of the electric vector potential is analyzed The differential equations of the electric vector potential are obtained, furthermore the self- consistent among the electric vector potential, electric displacement vector and magnetic vector potential is proved.
