| 摘 要： | 产业结构调整是当代市场经济国家发展的新课题，其作为政府宏观调控的基本手段，具有客观性、阶段性、指导性和规范性等特点。企业的市场适应性和对国家产业政策的认同度决定着产业结构调整的成败，因此完善企业在产业结构调整中的各项权利对于增强企业的市场适应性和对产业政策的认同意义重大。

| Abstract: | Being a basic means that the government takes the macro control economy,the industrial restructuring has the characteristics of objectivity,phase,guidence,normalization and so on.The industrial restructuring greatly depends on the market adaptability of enterprise and the acknowledgement to national industrial policies.The strengthening the right of the enterprise in the industrial restructuring has great significance to enhance the market adaptability and the acknowledgement to industrial policies. |
