| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料研究法、访谈法等研究方法,就当前普通高校太极拳教学中存在的问题与不足进行了认真细致的分析与研究,结合多年来从事武术专业教学与训练的实际及太极拳运动自身的特点,在太极拳教学指导思想和教法上做出了一些改良与创新,并提出了一些见解与建议,目的是使太极拳教学更加符合大学生的兴趣与生理要求,建立其终身体育的信念,使太极拳这项古老而年轻的运动在我国高校得以继承与可持续发展。

| Abstract: | With the methods of documentary, experts interviewing and so on, the paper studies and analyzes the problems and faults existing in current college Taijiquan teaching, and combines many years of Wushu specialty training and teaching and the special characteristics of Taijiquan. The paper also does some innovation and reform in the teaching thought and methods of Taijiquan and offers some useful suggestions for the aim of make the teaching of Taijiquan more fit to college students and meet their interests and demand and let the ancient sport of Taijiquan be inherited and spread in sustainably. |
