| 摘 要： | 近年来,对日软件外包产业发展异常迅速,但是高端技能型外包人才的紧缺成为制约行业发展的最大障碍。本文根据软件外包服务专业人才培养的现状,分析了学科课程、模块课程等模式存在的问题,提出了三阶递进项目导向的新型课程模式,为高端技能型服务外包人才的培养奠定了坚实基础。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the industry of Japanese software outsourcing is developing rapidly. But the shortage of high- skilled outsourcing talent becomes the biggest obstacle to restrict the development of the industry.According to the status of software outsourcing personnel training,this paper analyzed the questions about curricula and module courses and proposed a new course model based on three level projects. Through these,we laid a solid foundation for software outsourcing personnel training. |
