| 摘 要： | 在传统的教学课堂上,老师和学校是作为核心的,而随着素质教育的提出,以学生为核心的教学模式得到来的充分的重视.在这种条件下,以人为本的理念渗透到了整个教育中,并以较快的速度发展着.如何把以人为本的教育理念渗透到体育教学中,以引导体育教学的发展,本文将进行分析讨论,提出发展策略.

| Abstract: | From the cultivation of sports colleges in China and the present situation of occupation skill appraisal, this thesis exemplifies some problems. With the accelerating pace of internationalization development, an important part of sports talent is also a national talent strategy. In order to meet the needs of the international talent market, this thesis carries out personnel training and occupation skill appraisal innovation, and improves sports talent occupation skill level. |
