| 摘 要： | 在现代社会,成人教育愈来愈受到重视,其对社会的进步、经济的发展和社会成员自我不断完善,有着非常重要的作用。成人教育有别于基础义务教育和普通高等教育,具有其自身的特点。成人教育中因材施教具有重要的现实意义,要做好成人教育工作,必须要对成人教育的特点有清晰的认识,自觉坚持因材施教原则,努力探讨因材施教的实现路径,实现成人教育预期的教育效果。

| Abstract: | Increasing importance has been attached to adult education in contemporary society, as adult education plays a very important role in social advancement, economic development and continuous self - improvement of social members. Different from basic compulsory education and regular higher education, adult education has its own characteristics. While individualized teaching in adult education has important practical significance. To perfectly complete the tasks of adult education, we must have a clear understanding about its characteristics, stick to the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, try hard to explore the path to complete individualized teaching, and achieve the expecting effect. |
