| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育招生规模的不断扩大,在经济全球化、市场化、社会化的影响下,高校学生事务管理模式变革势在必行。高校学生一站式服务中心构建适应社会发展及学生发展的各方面需求,针对信息发布与咨询、投诉与评价、拓展训练与能力提升、交流与休闲等功能需求,通过服务中心实施网络与实体相结合模式、自助服务与朋辈服务相结合模式、服务与教育相结合模式等建设模式,解决当前高校学生一站式服务中心缺乏网络平台支持、管理困难、权力过于集中等问题。

| Abstract: | With the ongoing expansion of higher management models in colleges should be changed education enrollment, it is imperative that students affairs under the impact of economic globalization, marketization and socialization. Construction of one-stop service centers for college students is in line with the demand of so- cial development as well as students development. Aiming at information release and consulting, complaints and evaluation, outward bound training and capability improvement, the article takes advantage of the service center to implement entities-network integration, service and peer service integration, service and education integration, eliminating the prominent problems in one-stop service centers for college students such as lack of network- based support platform, administrative challenges and excessive power concentration. |
