散打运动员训练量监测与评定的生物学研究

摘    要:采用实验测试的方法,研究男子散打运动员血尿素氮、血红蛋白、血睾酮、皮质醇、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶等生化指标的变化。认为大运动量训练后,散打运动员优秀组血尿素氮值明显低于一般组;散打运动员血清肌酸激酶的值明显变化,说明肌酸激酶是评价运动量的敏感指标;乳酸脱氢酶也是评价散打运动量的敏感指标;血睾酮变化不明显,说明血睾酮不是评价运动量的敏感指标。

Abstract:By means of experimental measurement, the present thesis has studied the changes of such biochemical indices of men's free fighting athletes as blood urea nitrogen, hemoglobin, blood testosterone, cortisol, lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase and so forth. It considers that after intensive training, the value of blood urea nitrogen of free fighting athletes will be much lower for elite group than for normal one, the value of serum creatine kinase will change remarkably, which shows that creatine kinase is a sensitive index for assessing the training volume of free fighting, and the same to lactate dehydrogenase; while blood testosterone isn't, because the changes of it isn't obvious.
