| 摘 要： | 对我国非上市高新技术企业R＆D状况进行问卷调查，从R＆D投入及其强度、R＆D资金来源到R＆D绩效等方面进行了系统的分析，揭示出R＆D投入与企业盈利能力、技术实力等绩效指标之间存在着一定的相关关系，并指出企业应当加大R＆D投入、强化R＆D管理以提高R＆D绩效．

| Abstract: | R&D activity is the basic guarantee for the high-tech enterprise to keep growth potency and competition advantage.Based on the situation of Chinese non-list high-tech enterprise R&D state gotten from the questionnaire investigation carried by the project team,it mahes a systematic analysis to R&D investment and intensity,R&D capital source,R&D performance,etc.Revealing the relationship between the R&D inputs and its performance which are the ability of gain and technology strength by statistics analysis.It points out enterprises should increase the input in R&D,strengthen R&D management to enable raising R&D performance. |
