| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨P53、C-myc蛋白在睾丸肿瘤中的表达及其临床价值.方法:应用免疫组化技术法检测47例睾丸肿瘤P53、C-myc蛋白阳性表达水平.结果:发现P53、C-myc蛋白表达阳性率分别为44.7%(21/47)和51.1%(24/47),其阳性率与肿瘤临床分期呈显著正相关(P<0.05),P53蛋白阳性表达与C-myc蛋白阳性表达呈高度正相关(P<0.05).结论:联合检测P53、C-myc蛋白有助于判断睾丸肿瘤的恶性程度及患者的预后.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of P53,C-myc protein and their significance in human testicular cancer.Methods:Forty-seven cases of testicular cancer were covered for this study,P53 and C-myc proteins were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive rates for P53 and C-myc proteins were 44.7%(21/47) and 51.1%(24/47) respectively,the positive rates were increased with progression of clinical stage(P<0.05).The positive rates for P53 and C-myc proteins were increased with progression of testicular cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of P53 and C-myc proteins is valuable in evaluating the malignant degree and predicting the prognosis of testicular cancer. |
