| Abstract: | This paper describes the background of library outsourcing of acquisition and cataloguing, and the outsourcing cooperation between the Library of Sun Yat - Sen University and Guangdong Xueyuan Culture Development Limited Company in detail. Then, it points out all the factors of this successful cooperation, which includes the advanced management concepts, excellent service, cost calculation and quality evaluation, and the flexible management mechanism. |
