| 摘 要： | 在大学中培养优秀运动员有利于运动员个体社会化,符合运动训练学、人才学、教育学客观规律.以全国36所重点办高水平排球队的高校为研究对象.调查和分析了目前我国高校高水平排球队的现状,并提出了新的管理和发展模式.研究表明,影响我国高校办好高水平排球队的因素有:思想观念、现有学制、竞赛制度、教练水平、生源、培养模式、科研水平等几方面.并设计出四级培养训练网模式,包括普及选材训练阶段、培养成型训练阶段、高水平训练成才阶段和高水平展现阶段等四个阶段.

| Abstract: | To foster elite athletes in institutions of higher learning avails the socialization of the athlete individual and agrees with the objective laws of exercise training science, talent science and pedagogy. The objects of this study are 36 institutions of higher learning, which are the keystone to form high level volleyball teams. The present situation of the high level volleyball teams in these colleges and universities was investigated and analyzed. A new model for the administration and development was advanced. It was indicated that factors to influence the formation of high level volleyball teams in colleges and universities are the thinking and concept, present educational system, system of competition, level of coaches, source of students, cultivation mood and scientific research level etc. And in the training network four grades of models were designed, which include four phases, the phase for popularization and talent selection, phase for molding, phase for becoming useful persons by high level training as well as phase for high level emergency. |
