| 摘 要： | 企业信息化的发展必然会影响组织结构的创新，以信息技术和信息资源的广泛应用为基础的企业信息化正改变传统企业的组织模式。本文阐述了企业信息化与组织结构的内涵，并从企业信息化与组织创新的关系分析入手，探讨了企业信息化条件下企业组织结构创新的趋势。

| Abstract: | The development of enterprise informationizafion will inevitably influence the change of institutional framework, with the enterprise informationization based- on wide application of the information technology and information resources changing the organization modes of traditional enterprises. These articles analyze the relationship between enterprise informationization and institutional framework at first,and analyzing the trend of the change of enterprise situational framework based- on enterprise informationization condition. |
