| 摘 要： | 在对现阶段我国花样滑冰后备人才培养现状进行研究的基础上，分析花样滑冰后备人才培养的重要性，并对我国花样滑冰的运动员、教练员、科研人员后备人才的培养提出：加大宣传力度，改变观念；建立完善的业余训练体制；进一步发展“北冰南展”策略；建立有偿输送体制；体教结合，建立后备人才培养基地；建立完善的选拔、培养、考核机制；大力实施“送出去、引进来”等相关培养途径。
