| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育已经实现了大众化,随着高校毕业生人数的迅猛增长,大学毕业生就业难的问题已成为倍受关注的社会问题。文中从多面向就业的视域对大学毕业生就业难的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决就业难的对策。

| Abstract: | Along with the popularization of higher education,the number of graduates from higher colleges soars highly;consequently,the employment of college graduates becomes a commonly concerned social issue.The paper analyzes,from the prospect of civilian career,the problem of employment and lodges the implication of civilian career, explains the reasons for this phenomenon and puts forward the strategy in solving the difficulty of employment for college students. |
