| 摘 要： | 高校档案工作是办好学校的重要基础工作之一,但高校档案部门普遍存在着投入不足,设施落后,条件艰苦等问题,严重地影响和制约着高校档案工作的向前发展。要改变这种窘态,则需要档案部门做艰苦细致的工作,在以下几方面有所作为:依法开展档案工作;苦练“内功”,搞好自身建设;开发档案资源,为高校和社会提供各类业务服务。

However, the problems of lacking sufficient funds and be ing backward in equipment have blocked the development of archives. In order to get out of this dilemma, the following things should be done: archives work shou ld be done according to the law; improve self governance; develop archives resou rces to better serve the society and the college. |
