“体教结合”模式的理性阐释

摘    要:“体教结合”是时代的产物,具有阶段性的特征,“体教结合”是伴随着我国竞技体育体制下的运动员文化素质教育缺失而出现的,它符合现阶段我国竞技体育的发展规律,但也面临着各种困境.“先体后教”在一定程度上导致体教分离或者结合不畅;竞技体育体制下的后备人才培养受到严重挑战,运动员的退出机制没有有效建立起来;教育系统下的教练员队伍建设遭遇种种束缚,体育系统与教育系统的教练员队伍无法有效对接.为加强“体教结合”,实现“体教融合”,一方面要强化政策导向,建立完备的竞技体育人才评价体系,另一方面更要重塑竞技体育的价值追求,实现竞技体育价值取向的多元化.

Rationally Explaining to the Mode of Combine Sports and Education

Abstract:Combine sports and education is the creature of the age, it has the characteristics of stage, it appears along with athletes lacking of culture quality education under the system of athletics sports of our country, it conforms to our country law of the development of sports at present stage, but faces kinds of difficulties. It causes separation of sport and education or combined with impeded to a certain extent under the "after the first sport to education". The cultivation of the reserve talents is serious challenges under the existing system of sports. Athlete's exit mechanism can't set up effectively. The team construction of coach encounters all sorts of bound. The team of coach between education and sport can't effective butt. In order to strengthen the "combine sport and education", realize the "fusion sport and education" ,on one hand policy guidance should be strengthened, a complete sports evaluation system should be established, on the other hand the value pursuit of sports should be reshaped, to realize the multicultural value orientation of sports.
