| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志一贯重视可持续发展问题,他认真反思了由一系列人口、资源、环境问题对我国乃至全球经济社会发展带来的影响和危害,对经济社会可持续发展问题作了一系列精辟论述,形成了科学而又丰富的可持续发展战略思想:一要控制人口规模,提高人口素质;二要合理利用自然资源;三要保护生态环境;四要推进人的全面发展。江泽民同志的可持续发展战略思想具有鲜明的特征:一是坚持发展的均等性;二是强调发展的协调性;三是突出发展的延续性。江泽民同志的可持续发展思想,确立了我国经济社会发展总体的、长远的目标,指明了我国经济社会发展的方向和具体途径,为我国经济和社会发展提供了强大的思想武器。

| Abstract: | Jiang Zemin has been emphasizing the issue of sustainable growth in China.After carefully reflecting on the negative influences and dangers that population,resources,and environment have inflicted upon China and the global economy as a whole,he makes a series of insights into the sustainable growth problem in an economic society and thus forms his scientific and content-laden strategic thoughts on sustainable growth.Firstly,the population scale should be properly controlled and the public quality should be further upgraded.Secondly,resources should be utilized rationally.Thirdly,ecological environment should be protected.Fourthly,all human beings should enjoy overall development.Jiang Zemin's thoughts on sustainable growth has distinctive features.Namely,development should be conducted in a balanced,coordinated,and continuous way.This thought on sustainable development has made clear China's general,long-term goal,direction and specific methods of the country's economic and social development.It has thus provided powerful propelling forces for China's economic and social development. |
