| 摘 要： | 从可持续发展角度出发,建立了基于经济、社会、环境三方面的农村土地流转综合绩效评价指标体系,并运用投影寻踪技术进行评价。最后针对两个土地流转实例,运用该该模型进行综合绩效评价。该模型能够更好的揭示各种土地流转模式的综合优化指标值差异,避免了主观因素的影响。通过该模型的建立,对不同农村土地流转模式及不同地区的土地流转案例的绩效进行比较,为下一步土地流转政策的制定提供理论依据,促进土地的有效流转和合理利用,大力提升农业效益。

| Abstract: | From the Angle of the sustainable develoPment, develoPing comPrehensive circulation of rural land Performance evaluation index system based on economics, society and environment, evaluating with the Projection Pursuit technology. Evaluate two examPles with the method at last. The model better reveals the comPrehensive oPtimization indexes of each circulation of rural land, avoiding the influence from subjective factors. The model comPares the different circulation of rural land model or circulation of rural land from different area through the develoPment of the model, Provides the theory basis for the next land circulation Policy formulation, Promotes the effective circulation and make better use of land, try to enhance agriculture efficiency. |
