| 摘 要： | 语言和文化密不可分,语言有丰富的文化内涵.词汇是语言中最活泼、最具生命力、且最能体现时代和社会变化的一个要素,因而不仅受到文化的制约,而且词语中的文化信息也能生动地反映出民族文化的独特魅力和内涵.在学习英语的时候,如果对西方的文化背景知识不甚了解,忽视了有关文化背景知识的讲授.那么就不可避免地存在许多交际上的障碍.因此要想使学生顺利完成交际,就必须在教学中把语言和文化知识结合起来,重视文化教学,让学生注意英汉词语中文化信息差异对交际的影响.

| Abstract: | Words and culture are closely related. Words are the element that is the most active, the most liveliest and reflects the times and social progress. It is often found that students can not understand or misunderstand what they are learning even though they know all the words and grammar structures in it. One of the main reasons for this is that they lack the necessary culture knowledge of the language they are learning. So language teaching can not be separated from culture teaching. This paper discusses the relations between culture and words. |
