| 摘 要： | 通过对全国31个省级公共图书馆开展立法决策服务情况的调查,指出文献保障能力强弱不均、立法决策服务水平不高、服务模式单一、服务手段落后、服务人员学历结构和专业结构亟待改善、信息技术手段匮乏等,是当前公共图书馆立法决策服务存在的主要问题。从平台组成要素、平台设计、平台服务模式3个方面,对立法决策服务平台进行了构建。

| Abstract: | The paper investigates status quo of legislative decision-making service in 31 provincial public libraries in China,points out that main existing problems in current public library legislative decision-making service are uneven capability of document guarantee, poor legislative decision-making service, single service mode and backward service means, imperfect structures of educational background and specialty of service personnel, and shortage of information technology. Finally, the paper builds a legislative decision-making service platform from three aspects of elements, design and service mode. |
