| 摘 要： | 面对我国旅游业的迅速发展,旅游经济的迅速壮大及国际旅游企业的加入,旅游市场的竞争日趋激烈,对旅游管理人才的要求也越来越高。培养适应现代旅游市场需求的专业人才,必须加强对高职旅游管理专业学生人文素质教育。本文阐释了加强高职旅游管理专业人文素质教育的重要意义,透析了高职旅游管理专业人文素质教育缺失的原因,并对如何加强高职旅游管理专业人文素质教育提出了更新教育观念、加强师资队伍建设、优化专业课程设置等对策。

| Abstract: | Facing with the fast development of tourism industry in China, the rapid expansion of tourism economy and the entry of foreign tourism enterprises into China, competition in tourism market is becoming more and more fierce, and therefore requirement for its administrative personnel is raised as followed. Cultivating the professional personnel to meet the need of modern tourism market requires strengthening humane quality-oriented education for college-students majoring in tourism management. This article expounds its significance, deeply analyses the causes of lacking humane quality-oriented education. Aiming at how to solve the problem, the article offers the following counter-measures: renewing traditional education ideas, improving teaching staff and optimizing professional curriculum setting. |
