传感网式罗经航向数字复示与方位测量系统设计

摘    要:为降低能耗及制造成本,提高便携性和驾驶台集成度,通过对船用陀螺罗经信号转化、IEC61162(船用仪器数字接口IEC标准)和角位移数字测量方法的研究,提出利用陀螺罗经数字输出与以角度传感器为基础的数字化舷角测量终端相结合的航向复示与方位测量系统.该系统给出利用串口通信采集罗经航向数据的方法,滑阻式角度传感器数据输出方法,航向及电子方位线虚拟仪表设计方法、误差补偿与标定方法以及数据有线及无线网络共享方法.样机实测结果与传统机电分罗经测量结果比对,精度高于直接测读结果;该方案对数字化罗经工程实现具有一定的参考价值.

Design of compass digital course repeater and azimuth measurement system based on sensor network

Abstract:To reduce energy consumption and manufacturing cost, and improve the portability and integration of the bridge, the marine gyro compass signal transformation, IEC 61162 (IEC standards for digital interfaces for navigational equipment within a ship) and the digital method of angular displacement measurement are investigated. Then, a digital course repeater and azimuth measurement system is proposed by combining the digital output of gyro compasses and the relative bearing digital measurement terminal based on angular sensors. It provides the course data collection method of gyro compasses using serial communication, the data output method of slippage angular sensors, the virtual instrument design scheme of course and Electronic Bearing Line (EBL), the error compensation and calibration method, and the sharing data scheme based on wired network or wireless network. Compared with the results from traditional repeaters, the test results of the prototype indicate that the accuracy of the proposed system is higher than that of the direct measurement result. It is of some reference value for digital gyro compass realization.
