| 摘 要： | 近年来,不少地方本科院校把学生党员发展工作的重点放在对入党积极分子的培养、教育、考察、锻炼等方面,不同程度地忽视了对学生党员入党后的再教育、再培养、再锻炼,导致学生党员发展的质量总体上有下降的趋势,学生党员中"入党前积极,入党后消极"的现象比较普遍。加强地方本科院校学生党员的再教育,是全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程的必然要求,是扩大学生党员发展基础的内在需要,是培育高素质人才的重要举措。

| Abstract: | In recent years,many local undergraduate colleges to students party members development work of focus placed in on joined the activists of training,and education,and investigation,and exercise,aspects,different degree to ignored has on students party members joined the Hou of re-education,and then training,and then exercise,led students party members development of quality overall Shang has fell of trend,students party members in the "joined the Qian actively,joined the Hou negative" of phenomenon comparison General.Strengthening local re-education of University student party member,is the new great project of comprehensively promoting party building necessary requirement is to extend the inner need of Foundation for development of student party members,an important measure is to cultivate high quality talents. |
