| 摘 要： | 近年来，尽管我国农村扶贫资金在逐年增加，农村绝对贫困人口总量也在逐年减少，但随着贫困标准的不断提高，农村贫困人口减少的速度却在不断减慢，扶贫效率渐低。本实证研究显示，初中及其以上文化水平的农村劳动力可促进农村扶贫效率的提高，其中中专文化水平的农村劳动力对提高农村扶贫效率的实际贡献值最大，贡献值其次的是高中文化水平的农村劳动力，并据此提出了相应的对策建议，以促进农村教育反贫困政策的完善，提高农村扶贫效率。

| Abstract: | In recent years,although the total rural population living under absolute poverty line has become smaller with increasing of China’s rural poverty alleviation funds year by year,poverty-reducing has slowed down and the efficiency of rural poverty alleviation has become lower with poverty line becoming higher.The empirical research shows that the rural labor force who has finished the junior high school and accepted the higher education may improve the efficiency of rural poverty alleviation,and the rural labor force who has finished the technical secondary school may devote most benefit to improve the efficiency of rural poverty alleviation,the next is who has finished the senior high school.According to the above,the paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the rural educa-tion policy of antipoverty and the efficiency of rural poverty alleviation. |
