| 摘 要： | 教学质量监控体系由教学质量保障体系和教学质量评价体系组成。教学保障是质量监控的前提和基础。教学评价是质量监控的必要措施和有效手段。通过构建教学质量监控体系,实现"监管"与"调控"相结合,保证军事教学正常有序地进行,提高教学质量,提升教学水平。

| Abstract: | The teaching quality monitoring system consists of teaching quality guarantee system and teaching quality evaluation system. The former is the premise and foundation of the teaching quality monitoring system while the latter is the necessary measure and effective means of teaching quality monitoring system. Through the construction of the teaching quality monitoring system,the target of＂supervision＂and＂regulation＂can be achieved to ensure the normal and orderly military teaching,and to improve the teaching quality and teaching level. |
