| 摘 要： | 经过十几年的发展，高职法律教育出现了规模过大、人才培养质量下降、学生就业困难等问题。文章分析了上述问题产生的原因，论述了当前我国发展高职法律教育的必要性，提出了发展高职法律教育的对策措施。

| Abstract: | After more than ten years＇ development, some problems rose in legal education of high vocational colleges, such as excessive scale, decreased talent -training quality, students＇difficult employment. The causes of these problems are analyzed in this paper, the necessity of the development of China＇s legal education in high vocational colleges is discussed and countermeasures are proposed. |
