| 摘 要： | 社区居民自治是我国社会主义民主政治建设的重要任务，也是大力推进社区建设的目标之一，因此，很有必要从社区居民自治的内涵及其标志，我国城市社区居民自治存在的问题及原因，以及实现社区居民自治的途径等方面，探讨中国城市社区居民自治的发展现状与趋势。

| Abstract: | The community residents self government is not only an important task of establishing the socialist democratic politics in China but one of the goals of promoting the community development greatly as well. It is necessary to makes an probe into on the present sitnation and the development tendency of the urban community residents, self government in China from the viewpoints of the intension and the sign of the community residents self government, the existing problems in urban community residents self government in China and and the way to realize the urban community residents self government. It points out that it has a long way to go to realize the real urban community residents self government. |
